Backrest Adjustment:Turn the handle to adjust backrest

Lifting Adjustment :Pull the handle to adjust seat cushion up/down

Weight Adjustment: Clockwise rotation of the shock absorber becomes hard, counterclockwise

                                  rotation of the shock absorber becomes soft

Sliding Adjustment :Lift slide handle to adjust seat fore and aft movement
